Usage and Dosage of Edible Gelatin
Edible gelatin is a Food Ingredient made from the hydrolysis of animal collagen. - Food Industry

- Dissolution Method
Soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes to soften, then heat to 40-60°C to dissolve. Avoid direct high temperatures to prevent clumping.
When mixing with ingredients such as sugar and acid, the order of addition must be controlled (e.g., fruit acid should be added after the gelatin is dissolved).
- Shaping Conditions
The solution needs to be refrigerated (4-10°C) to solidify, and the time varies according to concentration (usually 1-4 hours).
